    We will review your health form and further discuss your wellness goals. It is an opportunity for you to confidentially share your health concerns with me, where I will take the time to listen to you.

    In your follow-up sessions, we will set your unique wellness goals, assess your progress, determine sustainability, and make any necessary adjustments to your needs.

This is a highly personalized service; however, what can you expect as we move forward?

Month 1

We will explore your experiences around your goals to build awareness regarding your behaviors. We will utilize an assessment tool to identify the main areas you want to start working on.

 

Month 2

Every session you will get action-oriented goals to work on. We will focus on integrating a holistic approach based on your relationships, career, physical activity, and spirituality, and the importance of a nourishing eating lifestyle.

Month 3

We will examine your journey through a halfway progress assessment to reflect on your accomplishments, and we will refocus on your goals for the second half of your program.

 

Month 4

We will incorporate lifestyle tools that will support you in your day-to-day life from stress management techniques, exercise, mindfulness to foods that will heal your body by supporting your digestive health.

Month 5

You will get valuable knowledge and training on how to start transitioning from packaged, processed ingredients to real food in your kitchen. This is our time for a healthy pantry makeover and a complete guide on how to navigate your supermarket to make informed decisions when shopping.

 

Month 6

Time to celebrate your journey and accomplishments through an in-depth program review and progress, so you can continue to live a sustainable lifestyle based on your nourishing day-to-day wellness choices.

What is a Holistic Health Coach?

A Holistic Health Coach is a trained professional who uses an integrative approach to diet and lifestyle changes to improve their clients' health. Working as a guide toward an overall healthier life, a health coach will look at the clients' nutrition patterns, relationships, physical fitness, spirituality, and more.

Where did you obtain your certification?

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) which is the only holistic school that explores over 100 dietary theories and the largest online health coaching and nutrition school in the world. What is the difference between a Heath Coach and  Nutritionist?

Health Coaches bridge significant gaps in the healthcare system! For example, I help clients implement recommendations and develop plans of action that are manageable and enjoyable. In contrast, a registered dietician focuses on nutrition and the food that you eat mainly.

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I work in an ongoing coaching plan to support client goals. While we discuss dietary nutrition, there’s a more significant focus on non-food forms of nourishment like career, relationships, physical activity, and spirituality. 

Why do you recommend a six-month program for 1:1 coaching? 

The main reason why I offer a  six months 1:1 coaching program is that this is the right time to support clients in making life and dietary changes. Changes don't happen overnight, and it takes time to develop new habits. Your personalized program will ultimately improve your overall wellness. How much time a day do I have to dedicate to the program to see results?

To see results, you will need three fundamental elements: commitment, dedication, and perseverance. We are going to start incorporating small adjustments throughout your day-to-day life until these are transformed into lifestyle habits that will be sustainable over time. Since most of this program occurs outside of our sessions, namely your everyday life, the results are really up to you.
